Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the SILPU platform and Silpu AI Studio (the "Service"), operated by Silpu AI. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at support@silpu.com.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
- After the period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
2. Refunds
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, including for partially used periods or unused generation/render credits.
- We do not provide refunds simply for change of mind after a billing period has started, except where required by law.
3. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the Service has a major failure — for example, it is not fit for its purpose or substantially unavailable through our fault — you may be entitled to a refund, cancellation, or to have the problem fixed. For minor problems, we may choose to fix the issue or provide a credit. Please contact us so we can make it right.
4. Free plan
The free plan is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds. You can stop using it at any time.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@silpu.com and we will investigate promptly.
6. How to reach us
For any cancellation or refund request, email support@silpu.com with your account email. We aim to respond within a few business days.
